Spotlessly clean room with lovely view. Exceptionally friendly staff giving the hotel a very homely feel. An issue arose at our dinner reservation but when it was flagged, staff were mote than accommodating to improve the situation. Excellent customer service in the resolution of the issue.

Upon check in and when booking a dinndinner reservation ,I feel it should be communicated as to where your dining experience will be.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. Our room was very clean, spacious with a fabulous view.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Breakfast could improve. If bacon fat cooked properly the overall appearance would be significantly better. Please use good quality sausages. Mushrooms were anaemic.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Lovely hotel all round. Fantastic food both in the evening and for breakfast. Great spacious clean and tidy rooms. Staff very attentive and helpful. Just a great place in a great location for exploring. 2nd time we have been here and will definitely be back. No hesitation in recommending to others.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
1st time we stayed there was traditional Irish music on the Saturday night. Looking forward to the same lively craic on our 2nd visit but unfortunately (due to the time of year… not “holiday season” as informed by staff) this wasn’t on. There was music… just not as good but that’s a personal choice. Otherwise couldn’t fault the place.

staff are 100% especially Debbie, good was very good, carparking was convenient.

room 111, was over the music bar, a bit loud for me, so next time i will request a quieter side.

Wonderful location in north Donegal. Awesome view from our too. The staffwas exceptional, friendly and genuine and wen above nd beyond to make our stay exceptional

A wonderful location for this Hotel, I can’t speak highly enough of the staff who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The hospitality was exceptional and the standard of food at both Breakfast and Dinner was excellent. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful part of Ireland.

Everything was Top Class from the Welcome to the Farewell. We love coming to the Caisleáin Óir.. Definitely 5 stars for the standard of the property and as for the Staff and location 5 stars is Not Enough they surpass that rating
