really friendly staff fantastic food, so tasty return year after year as a result of it clean well provided room . view out over water lovely James ran an exceptional Brewery tour and we loved hearing the story of the Hotel and the Brewery and wish them every future success

Water pressure was poor in the room and hot water for bath ran very slowly i meant to tell reception to make them aware.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The warm welcome from friendly & professional staff who always have time for you & who are always willing to help. The location is very good & you can see the tip of Errigal when the sky is clear! It is near the airport & the beautiful Carrickfin beach. The food is delicious, the fish is fresh & we loved the crab toes. The home made beers are great & the hatch is a fine place at which to drink them. Go raibh míle maith agaibh. Treise libh!

We got an upgrade to the Neptune suite and it was fabulous. Absolutely delighted to stay in that room. Food lovely. Really enjoyed our stay. Everyone friendly

We were visiting our daughter in the Gaeltacht and your hotel is ideally situated for that. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond our expectations, friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was beautiful and had something to suit everyone in the family. The atmosphere is a wonderfully warm and welcoming vibe. The views overlooking the water are beautiful and the bedroom was spotless. We will most definitely be back.

The chairs in bedroom.......quite unstable and very uncomfortable. Not good for relaxation after a long walk. Would love to see appletisser or similar in the bar

All staff were lovely and we felt as though they were happy we were visiting. It was central to a lot of places we visited including the beach.

It not that I didn't like it. I would love a new vegan dish on the restaurant menu. I'll definitely be back for a visit again.

Debbie was very welcoming. We loved having drinks at the Hatch overlooking the water. The sea view table from the bar was lovely for dinner. The food was delicous and James was very friendly and told us the fish was fresh from the morning as he himself drove to Burtonport at 8am that morning to pick it up. The crab toes were so fresh!

The midgets off the sea in the evening when the sun went down outside but it didn't matter as we were inside having dinner by then.
