Outstanding in every way, we were warmly welcomed on arrival, the staff were so friendly and also very efficient, the absolute stand out was the food, we had two amazing evening meals, your chef is amazing. Breakfast was also a delight.

Food was excellent, better than ever. We love the location for walking all day and chilling out at night.

It's a minor gripe but I'd enjoy the great food in a restaurant setting more than in the bar.

Staff are the best asset of the hotel. Food always good and a great bar ambience

Love staying here. Very welcoming, friendly and clean rooms. I always look forward to my trip there. Brought my husband too for a few days so he can enjoy a stay. Anne

Leave the soap once I open it - a bar every day is I feel so wasteful. Have replenishable containers for shampoo and shower gel- more eco friendly than all the small plastic bottles. Option to keep towels rather than constant changing every day would be more environmentally friendly. I think a focus on sustainability / eco friendly would be a good option for hotel Possibility of looking at local produce for honey/ jam/ marmalade/ eggs… and promote local growers/ bakers …
