A wonderfully cosy and warm location. The staff were smiling and friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. We plan to return soon.

The staff were so friendly and efficient. But most of all the way you handled the emergency of my husband choking, we don't have the words to praise you.

A fan in the room would be good during warm weather.

We loved the outdoor sitting area and the views fromt the room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back. Thank you for an excellent service.

The view from the Neptune suite window was of rooftops. Would have liked a seaview from this more expensive room.

Friendly staff always welcoming on arrival and throughout our stays . Lovely outside beer garden den overlooking the sea with own artisan beers. Great menu with daily specials , we love sea food and always on the menu.

That comfortable home from home feeling that I always have when staying in Jack’s. Enjoyed the fish every evening and the friendliness of staff- got to know Marie @ breakfast and she was lovely and v helpful. Enjoyed it so much I extended my stay by an extra night

very relaxed hotal and very friendly & accomodating staff. Food was superb.
