What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
A wonderful location for this Hotel, I can’t speak highly enough of the staff who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The hospitality was exceptional and the standard of food at both Breakfast and Dinner was excellent. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful part of Ireland.

A beautiful location with a friendly Donegal welcome . It is our second time here and we will be back for the amazing food and lovely staff .

Everything was Top Class from the Welcome to the Farewell. We love coming to the Caisleáin Óir.. Definitely 5 stars for the standard of the property and as for the Staff and location 5 stars is Not Enough they surpass that rating

Perfect location for what we needed it for. Nice breakfast in the morning. Rooms for perfect & haf enough room with a baby.

Spotless clean staff more than welcoming very professional service very relaxing food top quality views from room lovely have stayed b4 will be going back.

The service was great from the check-in to check-out.. There was a nice peaceful atmosphere. Outside the hotel was lovely, inside was lovely, food was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. And the live music was great. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The arrival of the guests in the next room we could hear them clearly, their conversation and their music. We worried it would effect our sleep. However we did leave to explore and thankfully there was no further noise on our return, and it was the quietest hotel at night we have stayed in.

Everyone was so lovely to us We came to surprise my sister for her 50th and I hadnt added the 3 of us on to the booked table and they had no issues adding us on was lovely

The staff were so helpful nothing was a bother to them from the bar staff , wait staff and cleaner was friendly. Everyone looked happy to be at work. Very friendly atmosphere we had the best stay so welcoming and the whole hotel was spotless. The beds are amazing best nights sleep I ever had in a hotel.

I had a family wedding recently & also I was going to my family wedding with a broken shoulder & the staff from the minute I come into the hotel was amazing, very helpful. I also need extra pillows for my shoulder & no problem there were in my room & anything else I need it was no problem for them. So I surely will be back again. Well done to all. Donna.

To get a beautiful view right on the waters edge of the Atlantic Ocean, with a room view like that was unbelievable The hotel team were so welcoming The evening meal was a bautifully cooked pan fried salmon which was fairly priced Looking forward to trying the lobster there soon when work brings me back The Errigle Brewery craft and gluten free beer is a huge contender for anything else on the market and worth the takeaway case price too Go raibh mile mhaith agaibh
