What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The staff are really lovely and friendly. There is a very nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. I have recommended this hotel to many friends. I wouldn’t let our dining experience prevent us staying again.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
We ate in the hotel on the Sunday night. It was very busy with lots of families dining. Our meals were from the Specials menu and were disappointing compared to our previous experiences. The presentation especially. I would have preferred to have eaten in a quieter area of the hotel and I think I would request this if possible in future. I understand it is holiday time and it’s to be expected that families are dining together. I wasn’t expecting so many young children to be still in the restaurant at 9pm.

we absolutely loved every aspect of this hotel/ staff/room/food and staff. the best in Ireland and we have been to many many hotels.

Relaxed atmosphere, staff very accommodating in particular the lady covering breakfast service Wed AM who couldn't do enough for my son and I.....

This place ticks all the boxes. Food is really good and reasonable, hotel is very comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Before leaving we booked again for next year so that says it all.

A wonderfully cosy and warm location. The staff were smiling and friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. We plan to return soon.

The staff were so friendly and efficient. But most of all the way you handled the emergency of my husband choking, we don't have the words to praise you.

We loved the outdoor sitting area and the views fromt the room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back. Thank you for an excellent service.

The view from the Neptune suite window was of rooftops. Would have liked a seaview from this more expensive room.

Friendly staff always welcoming on arrival and throughout our stays . Lovely outside beer garden den overlooking the sea with own artisan beers. Great menu with daily specials , we love sea food and always on the menu.
