The staff are really lovely and friendly. There is a very nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean.
I have recommended this hotel to many friends.
I wouldn’t let our dining experience prevent us staying again.
Quels sont les points négatifs de votre séjour ?
We ate in the hotel on the Sunday night. It was very busy with lots of families dining.
Our meals were from the Specials menu and were disappointing compared to our previous experiences. The presentation especially.
I would have preferred to have eaten in a quieter area of the hotel and I think I would request this if possible in future.
I understand it is holiday time and it’s to be expected that families are dining together. I wasn’t expecting so many young children to be still in the restaurant at 9pm.
