Everything about our stay at the Caisleáin Óir Hotel was perfect! Staff were exceptional all over the Hotel, Always friendly and courteous Eating within the Hotel again was of the highest level, food was perfect and of course the service top rate. Location was beautiful and very peaceful with plenty of interesting places to visit and see.

The beautiful location and the people . Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. We received a real Donegal welcome . Not forgetting the amazing food !

A warm welcome from the minute we walked in the door - first class food amazing service .. great value - lovely views from our - all staff from reception , bar and restaurant - breakfast all great !

one wee tiny thing - would have been good to have some glasses in the room for our water

Very good food, very friendly staff, very good value for money.

Bathroom was small, but very functional, everything worked well.

Nice room, great views The chef dinners were amazing, 5 Star Plus Nearly all the staff are really nice people. More 5 star plus

Shower leaks all over the floor The dinner menu on non Chef nights was poor bar food

Very cozy, excellent service and a tour of the brewery was very interesting. Location was excellent with fantastic views.

Everything was 1st class......the staff were so friendly and efficient....food was excellent...Complimentary upgrade was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very welcoming and the food is excellent. The location of the hotel is great for visiting other areas of Donegal. Staff are very friendly and go over and above to be helpful and informative. We will be making a return visit soon.

The over the bath shower but this was only a minor issue and did not distract from our stay.

Close to Airport.On the coast., Lovely sea views .Very good food available.Nice seating area out the front. Nice room .Value for money

View from the room wasn't great.However the room itself was lovely and was spotlessly clean.And the room was excellent value for money so not really a complaint.

The staff are really lovely and friendly. There is a very nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. I have recommended this hotel to many friends. I wouldn’t let our dining experience prevent us staying again.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
We ate in the hotel on the Sunday night. It was very busy with lots of families dining. Our meals were from the Specials menu and were disappointing compared to our previous experiences. The presentation especially. I would have preferred to have eaten in a quieter area of the hotel and I think I would request this if possible in future. I understand it is holiday time and it’s to be expected that families are dining together. I wasn’t expecting so many young children to be still in the restaurant at 9pm.
